Shipping & Returns

Hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CST. We have voice mail for your convenience, which allows you to leave your order on nights, weekends and holidays.

Shipping: We ship orders within 24 hours of payment authorization via United States Post Office or Federal Express or the most economical service available that will allow us to track your package in order to guarantee delivery. Next Day and 2nd Day Air service is also available. Shipping is free (ground only) when you choose our Auto-Ship option (with three-month commitment).

Damages & Shortages: Any damages or shortages must be reported to NuPathways within 24 hours (800.614.7714) of receipt of shipment. Keep all merchandise including the box and all packing material. We will call the post office or Fed Ex and request a claim check for your damaged merchandise. Once they inspect the damaged goods, a claim will be issued and you will receive credit.
